Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Engage clients in cognitive stimulation and companionship
- Maintain detailed care records and report changes in health status
- Follow client-specific care plans with precision
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Clear background check and TB test
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
