Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulationPrepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needsAdminister medications as prescribedLight housekeeping and laundry servicesTransport clients to appointments and errandsMonitor vital signs and report health changesEngage clients in meaningful activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experienceValid Texas driver's license and reliable vehicleCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasksClear criminal background check and drug screenCompassionate nature and patience with elderly/disabledStrong communication and documentation skillsFlexibility with schedule (including weekends)
