Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to medical professionals
- Coordinate transportation for medical appointments and social outings
- Maintain detailed care plans and client progress documentation
- Administer medication reminders and basic first aid when certified
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Washington State Driver's License and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with transfers
- Fluency in English; Spanish bilingualism preferred
- Passionate background in geriatric care
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
