Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning engineering goals with long-term business objectives.
- R&D Management: Oversee the research and development of cutting-edge AI algorithms and hardware-software integration systems.
- Team Mentorship: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product strategists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and external stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure capable of supporting high-volume data processing and real-time decision-making.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performance teams through complex technical challenges and agile development cycles.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on system design and scalability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
