Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Management: Define and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for the company’s core technologies, specifically targeting key milestones for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Executive Leadership: Present complex project status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders with clarity and precision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead diverse teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver integrated, high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Innovation Strategy: Identify emerging trends and technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing) and evaluate their applicability to our product suite.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team workflows and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and drive project velocity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent communication channels with clients and partners to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in project management or technical leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud infrastructure, and emerging tech stacks.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate high-performing teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
