Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and quantum physicists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Roadmap Management: Develop detailed technical roadmaps, setting clear KPIs and deliverables for the 2026 transition phase.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and emerging risks, implementing proactive strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and investors, translating data into compelling business narratives.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with academic institutions and industry partners to secure cutting-edge research and talent.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field; Master’s degree or PhD is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic leadership, technical project management, or advanced AI research roles.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts and next-gen computational architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects from conception through to market-ready deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
