Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and explainability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure AI systems are robust, secure, and compliant with ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data engineering.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
