Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms for AI optimization and predictive analytics
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum neural networks and autonomous decision systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment
- Collaborate with academia and industry to pioneer quantum computing standards
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum-AI integration methodologies
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum-AI architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or AI architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI conferences
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum-AI systems to production
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy
