Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid neural networks for real-world applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists, machine learning engineers, and domain experts
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms optimized for error-corrected hardware
- Create architectural blueprints for 10,000+ qubit quantum computing systems
- Establish ethical frameworks for quantum-AI deployment in sensitive industries
- Pioneer novel quantum machine learning paradigms beyond classical limitations
- Mentor next-gen quantum engineers through our 2026 Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production quantum algorithms or AI systems
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI journals or conferences
- Proficiency with quantum hardware interfaces (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Track record of leading technical initiatives from concept to deployment
- Experience securing funding for quantum-AI research initiatives
