Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum AI algorithms for predictive modeling and optimization
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical computing systems

- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings

- Secure patents for proprietary quantum AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or advanced AI systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in R&D environments
