Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for complex data processing tasks.
- Lead the migration of legacy AI models to future-proof quantum infrastructure.
- Mentor a diverse team of software engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 2 years in quantum computing technologies (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in engineering teams.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization.
