Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop error-corrected quantum neural networks using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Integrate quantum processors with classical ML pipelines for real-time data processing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum solutions for industry partners
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence in high-temperature environments
- Document breakthrough methodologies in peer-reviewed publications and patents
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning algorithms
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, PyTorch Quantum)
- Published research in quantum-AI integration or top-tier conference presentations
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into scalable implementations
