Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in federal grants and industry partnerships for frontier research
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum algorithm optimization
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum neural networks for real-world applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough research)
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, TQC)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Experience with 100+ qubit quantum processors (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Demonstrated ability to secure government/industry research funding
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit manipulation
- Patent portfolio in quantum computing or AI (3+ granted patents)
