Responsibilities
- Architect and implement quantum-AI hybrid systems for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing quantum neural networks
- Publish peer-reviewed research in quantum machine learning and computational theory
- Collaborate with industry partners to commercialize quantum-AI solutions
- Develop roadmaps for quantum-AI integration in healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Mentor junior researchers and establish lab protocols for quantum experimentation
- Secure government and private research funding through compelling proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum supremacy
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Strong background in deep learning architectures and neural networks
- Proven track record of leading technical research teams
- Experience with high-performance computing and GPU acceleration
- Patent portfolio or commercialization experience preferred
