Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier ML conferences
- Expertise in neural networks and deep learning architectures
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven ability to secure research funding ($500k+ preferred)
- Experience mentoring diverse technical teams
