Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for large-scale quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI integration
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present at global tech forums
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing methodologies
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or AI with 5+ years research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and ML libraries
- Published work in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum/AI conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and quantum neural networks
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
