Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-scale computational challenges
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum neural networks and hybrid AI systems
- Develop patent-p methodologies for quantum error correction and optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to align software innovations with quantum processor capabilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)

- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing frameworks
