What You'll Accomplish:
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates and industry pioneers

- Mentor emerging talent in our incubation program
Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures
- Optimize quantum-AI hybrid systems for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams on quantum supremacy projects
- Develop cryptographic protocols for quantum-resistant AI systems
- Translate theoretical models into scalable production frameworks
- Present findings at premier international conferences
- Secure multi-million dollar research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics from Tier 1 institution
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with superconducting quantum processors
- Track record of securing government/industry grants
- Strong background in complex mathematical modeling
