Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization and pattern recognition
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to develop fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to bridge quantum software-hardware interfaces
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences (Nature, NeurIPS, etc.)
- Develop patentable intellectual property in quantum AI and post-classical computing
- Mentor junior researchers and establish industry partnerships with quantum ecosystem leaders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, Theoretical Physics, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Expertise in high-performance computing and distributed systems
