Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning models for complex problem-solving
- Develop error-corrected quantum computing architectures for AI acceleration
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate theoretical quantum algorithms into production-ready systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI hybrid computing pipelines
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum-AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to deployment
- Experience with quantum error correction protocols
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
