Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for complex optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Author breakthrough research papers for Nature Physics and IEEE Transactions
- Secure $5M+ in government/industry grants for quantum-AI initiatives
- Mentor PhD researchers and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development using Qiskit or Cirq
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction techniques
- Publication record in top-tier AI/quantum journals (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum hardware interfaces
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into scalable solutions
