Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced neural networks for pattern recognition and predictive analytics
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and drug discovery
- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate quantum decoherence in real-world applications
- Create hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for scalable AI model training
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Quantum and IEEE journals
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum machine learning principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent research experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published work in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical AI solutions
