Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural networks for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum chip-AI interface protocols
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous quantum decision systems
- Secure patents for novel quantum machine learning algorithms
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum-AI convergence research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum annealing
- Ability to secure DOE/NIST quantum computing grants
