We're seeking a forward-thinking innovator to develop hybrid quantum-neural architectures, optimize machine learning algorithms for quantum advantage, and publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals. Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced neural networks for unsupervised learning
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum computing systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI-quantum hybrid models
- Secure $2M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Author 3+ peer-reviewed publications annually on quantum machine learning
- Architect scalable quantum-AI infrastructure for commercial applications
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum conferences (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum annealing systems
- Track record of securing competitive research funding
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
