Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models leveraging Q# and TensorFlow Quantum
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum processors
- Develop novel quantum neural network architectures for 2026-era applications
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum supremacy validation protocols
- Author white papers and patents for quantum encryption breakthroughs
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm optimization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum annealing or ion-trap systems
- Proficiency in Q#, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in high-performance computing architectures (HPC, GPU clusters)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with AWS Braket or IBM Quantum Experience platforms
