Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype quantum-AI integration frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Lead quantum hardware testing initiatives in partnership with IBM, Google, and Rigetti
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles and AI ethics
- Develop patent-pending quantum encryption protocols for next-gen security systems
- Present findings at global tech summits including IEEE Quantum Week and World AI Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance principles
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into practical solutions
