Responsibilities
- Design quantum neural networks for predictive analytics beyond classical computing limits
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring autonomous systems align with human values
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-ready infrastructure solutions
- Establish KPIs measuring quantum-AI convergence efficiency and societal impact
- Research emerging quantum algorithms applicable to climate modeling and personalized medicine
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Collaborate with policy advisors shaping next-gen AI governance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum machine learning pipelines in production environments
- Expertise in quantum error correction protocols and qubit stabilization techniques
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Track record leading teams delivering $10M+ technology transformation projects
