Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum AI systems integrating quantum processors with classical machine learning pipelines
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks operating at room temperature
- Design hybrid algorithms leveraging quantum advantage for optimization problems
- Create quantum-resistant security frameworks for next-gen AI applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain specialists
- Research emerging quantum hardware advancements and translate capabilities into production systems
- Document quantum system architectures and publish breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks and tensor networks
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum machine learning
- Experience mentoring quantum computing teams and technical leadership roles
