Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for AI model optimization
- Develop error-corrected quantum neural networks for real-world problem-solving
- Create quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols for AI-driven systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Research and integrate emergent quantum algorithms with machine learning frameworks
- Translate complex quantum concepts into scalable business applications
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum-AI standardization

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning

- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
