Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-AI systems leveraging 1000+ qubit processors for real-time pattern recognition and predictive modeling
- Design fault-tolerant quantum neural networks capable of solving NP-hard problems in pharmaceutical discovery and climate modeling
- Develop quantum-encrypted human-AI interfaces with sub-millisecond response times for next-generation neuro-quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and ethicists to implement ethical AI frameworks in quantum systems
- Establish industry standards for quantum-AI interoperability through open-source contributions and white papers
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid workflows for energy-efficient computing at petascale performance levels
- Secure and maintain multi-quantum-cloud deployments with zero-trust architecture across 3 major providers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Advanced AI Systems with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction codes
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum-neural interfaces in top-tier journals
- Experience deploying quantum systems in production environments with 99.999% uptime SLAs
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and quantum-classical integration patterns
- Track record of leading technical teams through quantum computing hardware and software transitions
