- Optimize quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale machine learning workloads
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols
- Create predictive models for quantum computing market adoption curves
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-AI solutions
- Document system architectures and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and error correction techniques
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI integration
- Experience with hybrid cloud quantum computing platforms
- Deep understanding of quantum-resistant cryptography principles
- Track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
