Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits for real-world applications in cryptography and AI optimization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum systems with existing cloud infrastructure
- Conduct cutting-edge research in error correction and quantum coherence techniques
- Create strategic roadmaps for quantum adoption across finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Present breakthrough findings to industry consortiums and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record in developing quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware platforms (ion traps, superconducting qubits)
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
