Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for commercial applications
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical computing infrastructure
- Develop simulation environments for quantum systems testing and validation
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum chip architectures
- Research and implement quantum-resistant cryptography protocols
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on emerging protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and circuit design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated experience with quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical audiences
