- Research emerging quantum hardware advances and translate into technical specifications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or qubit engineering
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
