Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms optimizing for NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Lead quantum error mitigation protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity targets
- Architect quantum cloud infrastructure supporting 10,000+ concurrent users
- Translate theoretical quantum advantage into industry-specific solutions
- Drive open-source quantum framework standardization across AWS/Azure/GCP
- Mentor quantum engineering teams on 2026-readiness protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record developing quantum algorithms with demonstrated speedup
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
