Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Research and integrate novel quantum algorithms for real-world problem-solving
- Collaborate with industry partners to define quantum computing roadmaps
- Present quantum architecture solutions to C-suite executives and investors
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum technologies and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or hardware design
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and quantum simulation
- Strong background in superconducting qubits or topological quantum systems
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex R&D projects
- Deep understanding of quantum-computing security implications and standards
