Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for practical industry applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and error correction
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics
- Proven experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
