Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography, simulation, and machine learning
- Architect scalable quantum circuits and error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers in quantum development
- Develop quantum software interfaces and SDKs for enterprise integration
- Conduct quantum supremacy experiments and publish breakthrough research

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
