Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum algorithms for real-world deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Lead quantum security implementations for next-gen encryption systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic computing)
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and cross-functional AI/ML teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Track record of translating theoretical quantum concepts to practical applications
