Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop error correction protocols for NISQ-era processors
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise solutions
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for commercial applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum control systems
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum circuit design experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Strong background in quantum information theory
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum algorithms
- Experience with quantum hardware simulation tools (Quil, QASM)
