Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications in finance and healthcare
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in quantum system integration
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to next-generation cryptographic threats
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction and topological qubit design
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm optimization
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Experience leading quantum hardware integration projects with cryogenic systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed quantum networks
- Track record of securing government or enterprise quantum computing grants
