Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for enterprise applications
- Design quantum-resistant encryption protocols for 2026 cybersecurity standards
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum machine learning pipelines
- Lead quantum circuit optimization for real-time computational advantage
- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate qubit decoherence challenges
- Create quantum security frameworks for financial services and healthcare
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Week and ACM conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Experience with quantum machine learning (e.g., QNN, VQE)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Certification in IBM Quantum or Microsoft Azure Quantum
