Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for 2026-era cybersecurity
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum accelerators into classical HPC systems
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum technologies (topological, photonic, etc.)
- Create quantum simulation frameworks for material science and AI optimization
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Develop quantum-safe blockchain infrastructure for decentralized networks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in error correction codes and fault tolerance
- Proven experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum-mechanical principles and their computational implications
