Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits and error-correction protocols for enterprise-scale systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Architect secure quantum communication networks with post-quantum cryptography integration
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance and qubit stability
- Translate complex quantum computational problems into executable software solutions
- Drive research on quantum machine learning and neural network acceleration
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and strategic partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum systems architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
