Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for AI optimization
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and implement novel quantum networking protocols for distributed computing
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with Q#, Qiskit, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints (superconducting, photonic, or trapped-ion)
- Proven track record of leading complex R&D projects
