Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-scale deployments
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization targeting 1000+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with cryptography teams to build quantum-resistant security protocols
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction techniques
- Author patents and publish in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and topological quantum computing
- Proven experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum computing
- Familiarity with NISQ-era hardware limitations and mitigation strategies
