Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for NISQ and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Optimize qubit connectivity and error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum technologies for commercial viability
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security
- Proven track record of scaling quantum algorithms to 100+ qubits
