Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum architectures targeting 1000+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to implement quantum machine learning models
- Secure quantum-resistant encryption protocols for 2026 data landscapes
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum computing principles
- Patent novel quantum computing methodologies and IP strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant roadmaps
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
