Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quantum security protocols
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum supremacy validation
- Research emerging quantum error correction methodologies
- Drive quantum computing education initiatives within the organization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Certification in quantum computing or advanced physics preferred
