Responsibilities

- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world industry applications
- Secure $5M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Present findings at global quantum summits including IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum hardware-software integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum gate-level programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Expertise in cryogenic quantum processor design
- Proficiency in quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Demonstrated success securing federal research grants
- Strong background in superconducting qubit technologies
- Experience leading teams in high-stakes R&D environments
